miniHow Mini Lnk works
Mini Lnk is a URL shortener built for AI assistants. You connect it once to ChatGPT or Claude, then ask for a short link in plain words — the link appears in your private dashboard with click counts.
1. Create an account
Sign up with your email address. Every account starts with a 14-day free trial.
2. Connect ChatGPT
In ChatGPT, add Mini Lnk as an app (MCP server) using the address https://minilnk.uk/mcp and choose OAuth sign-in. Approve access with your Mini Lnk account. ChatGPT can then create links for you — it cannot delete or change them.
3. Connect Claude
In Claude, add a custom connector pointing at https://minilnk.uk/mcp. Claude Code and Claude Desktop can also connect with a revocable API key created in your dashboard.
4. Ask for a link
Say something like “shorten https://example.com/long-page”. You get back a short address such as minilnk.uk/s/abc123.
5. Track clicks
The dashboard shows each link’s daily clicks, counted once per browser per day, with bots filtered out. No tracking cookies are used.
